A door jumps its track for one of three reasons: a roller broke or wore down enough to pop out, a cable failed and the door twisted, or something hit the door or the track. Once the rollers are out of the track the door is being held up by whatever is left, and every extra opener cycle bends more steel.
We reseat the door, straighten or replace the bent track, replace the rollers that caused it, and then fix whatever the underlying failure was. Most off-track repairs are done in a single visit.
