3. Quotes and Pricing

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding contracts. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined on-site after a technician inspects the actual condition of the equipment. We will always provide a written estimate before beginning any work and will not proceed without your authorization.

  • Diagnostic or service call fees, if any, will be disclosed before scheduling
  • Parts pricing is subject to availability and supplier costs
  • Emergency or after-hours service may carry additional charges, disclosed upfront

4. Appointments and Cancellations

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled time window. We ask that you provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications after our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexGarage Boston's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost time, lost income, or property damage not directly caused by our technicians.

We are licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our technicians carry proof of insurance on all service calls.
